Who to call before and after surgery?

Before Surgery

Call our office and request to speak with your doctor’s clinical team if you have any questions about the arrangements for surgery, including appointments before surgery with the hospital, our office, or your Primary Care or Specialist physicians, or if you have questions about your medical condition prior to surgery.

After Surgery

Call your doctor’s clinical team if you have any concerns, complications, or problems after you return home.  Please be sure to tell the phone operator that you just had surgery.  During the global recovery period, that is from 14 to 90 days after surgery, depending on the type of surgery performed, your comfort is our primary concern, and your calls will be handled immediately.

Before and After Surgery regarding Medications and Prescriptions – Your call to our office will be routed to the Clinical Secretary for processing. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Prescriptions are not refilled on nights, weekends, or holidays.
