What should I expect as a new patient?

As a new patient, we will need additional time to prepare for your visit to the doctor. Therefore, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. WE OFFER OUR NEW PATIENT PORTAL THROUGH MY IHCHART WITH INFIRMARY HEALTH. For new patients, please call our office at (251)435-2663, and we can help set up your account link for you.

What to bring?

Please bring with you a photo ID, your insurance cards, and a list of all medications that you take. If you are visiting us after being seen at a hospital emergency room, urgent care facility, or another physician’s office, please bring all x-rays, MRIs, and information from the visit. This will provide us with vital information about your medical history and information pertaining to your visit with us.
